Just to avoid misunderstandings:
Unshelled = still in the shell
Shelled = without shell

I have read that they never heal, and that creams,

A scary possibility but not a true one I think (I hope!)
I had some that completely disappeared, and some are fading.
When wounds heal, they look like scars, but they are not. Scars dont heal, by definition, as it is skin that has healed completely, but not according to the original skin-make up.
'Scars' that fade, are wounds that are healing.

Why? :shock: Did we upset her by asking too many stupid questions?

I think there are other (personal) reasons why she is no longer
active on this board.

I am one of many who would like to know more about her, but
respects her privacy enough to not contact her, but limit the
efforts of finding out more about her to google her once and awhile :)

Wai diet

I think it is enough that we all have the good information, and we keep it alive on the board through our own experiments and with RRM's amazing guidance.

It is a living body of knowledge, and that is why RRM and Wai shared it as such-- and that is part of what makes it astonishing: that it works, and yet the knowledge of it is always renewing, and always has new detailed insights.

I think this is more important than any one (or two) people, as magnificent as they both are in sharing this with us all.
