I want to share these videos I found. It is about body fat.

I feel this second video makes a good case on why "aerobics" or long-slow-distance cardio work is useless.

I'm sure there are many here that disagree with the ideas in this video. I'd like to discuss it if anyone is willing. To learn more about these ideas google for 'body by science'.

I don't agree with everything they are saying. They recommend eating low carb. I which they could see the wai diet and rational for it. They recommend not eating grains which I do agree with, but they also recommend veggies and no sweet fruit, which I do not agree with. I think they are not considering eating sweet fruits in small meals with oil.

I watched the first video and agree with most of his explanations, though not with all his conclusions.

I think there is a explanation that would unify our ideas and theirs. After all there is only one physical reality. if studies are done right, they should ultimatly all point to the same thing.
