inspired by poisson cru in tahiti and cerviche in south america..
raw salmon 50g chopped in big pieces
chopped tomato or cherry tomatoes
finely chopped carrot - or spirals
finely chopped cucumber
1/2 mashed avocado
lots of lemon juice
chopped up basil
optional: black pepper - it doesn't make me break out for some reason
mix in a big bowl and devour
