From "Eating without Heating" by Sergei and Valya Boutenko.
Ingredients include: cucumber, water, namu shoya, honey, salt, chili pepper, lemon juice, turmeric (what gives it the yellow color). Toss into a blender. Garnish with coriander. It took me five minutes to make. I had all the ingredients except honey - I used sugar instead. The coriander I had bought two days ago from a Pakistani grocery in Itaewon by chance - coriander is hard to find in Korea.
Warning: soup is very gingery. I would add far less turmeric than what the recipe calls for and blend the ingredients for longer.
Verdict: once is enough for me; I won't make it again.
