Here's my favorite coleslaw recipe :
1/4 cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 celery branches, sliced
2 carrots, grated
1 or 2 teasp. cumin seeds
1 apple, peeled and chopped
4 tbsp. (homemade, hopefully?) mayonnaise
2 tbsp. plain yogourt (munch food)
1 teasp. zest of lemon
Makes about 5 bowls. You could use more mayo instead of yogourt I suppose. Personally I don't react to yogourt and it's a small quantity, 0.2g of protein per bowl. I have to leave out the lemon however. We all have our quirks...
