This is a munch food, but for the Wai diet version, all you have to do is exclude the yogurt.
1 -Brazil nut pulp (what you get after blending brazil nuts and straining out the Brazil nut milk)
2 -Handful of raisins
3 -Yogurt (natural, unflavoured, preferrably the one you made at home yourself)
Mix into a tasty goo.
That really is it. I cannot describe how tasty this is. It's gorgeous!
PS: There is no measurement given because every ingredient is added according to individual taste and preference; some might like the mixture very thick (i.e. less yogurt, or more brazil nut pulp) or very creamy (i.e. more yoghurt), or not too sweet (i.e. less raisins). Its all about what you like.
