As muscle mass is genetically determined, I am not the bulky or blown up type. Even when I got up to 225lbs, I still was 'smaller' but far stronger than guys who weighed far less but who exhibited more mass. I will now go ahead and do things based on what my body tells me and see how it goes. Before this point, I would drink energy because I felt I had to do so, not be cause I felt the need or I would consume eggs because I thought it was bad to miss a day.
