Of course it is.
You can do that on virtually any diet.
What you need is a lot of mental strength and perseverance.
why there is no bodybuilder, who eats only fruits and meat?
I dont know if that is the case.
But in case that is true, it is because there are hardly any people who eat only fruits and meat.

Let me give you a mathematical example.
Say, worldwide on average one out of 10.000 people is a bodybuilder.
Say, there are 1000 people on the Wai diet.
Then 0.1 persons will likely be a Wai-diet bodybuilder.

Great, so what i need to do, is to create calorie deficit in order to lose fat and eat more protein to maintain muscle mass?
wai warrior (with juice and lean meat) would be best?

Bodyfat is burned 24/7.
Even while you are sleeping.
You may also simply prevent storage of new bodyfat.
Creating a substantial calorie deficit may be contraproductive, as it stimulates cravings.
Its better to maintain a very accurate and delicate balance, thats just enough to lose bodyfat without the adverse effects.
A calorie deficit of just 1% each day will make you lose about 1 kg of bodyfat per year.
and eat more protein to maintain muscle mass?
Just preventing the storage of new bodyfat does not require extra protein for maintaining muscle mass.

Thats not an easy diet to maintain properly.

But why bodybuilders eat so much protein then? How much protein you recommend ( only guidelines) for women (1,78 m 65 kg, weight lifting workouts 4 h/ week) who wants to prepare for the fitness figure competition?

Maybe there is an option between wai warrior and regular wai diet, such as: eating wai foods 5-6 times a day?

They take anything that might possibly help.
And they dont mind the fat gain during the bulking up.

As always, its individually different, as there are too many factors at play.
There is no accurate recommendation possible; you need to find your own way in this.

No. Its much easier to stay lean on Wai regular or Wai Warrior, as you are very much aware of energy levels.
They are both 'on the edge' so to say, whereas with something in between you have no contact with your energy needs, and you dont benefit from the nightime protein and carb loading.
Unless you dont mind gaining fat in the process of gaining muscle.
Thats what bodybuilders do:
They bulk up on muscle (and fat) first,
and then tone down prior to contests (losing muscle mass and bodyfat).

For those who works out, could it be that in order to build muscle mass body needs more protein amount than person's skin can tolerate?
...in other words, do you have to sacrifice clear skin if you want to build muscle mass?

Absolutely.
I was quite skinny exactly because of that. I preferred a clean skin over more muscle mass

So is it not even posible to gain 2-3kg of lean musle mass and at the same time maintain clean skin?
(For those who are sensitive to acne or water retention)

For some it is, for others it isnt. It all depends on exactly how sensitive your skin is.
