No, all powdered proteins / 'free' amino acids readily cause acne.

Braggs Liquid Aminos is raw, and tastes delicious. Lots of raw vegans use it, not as a protein supplement (which it is) but to improve the taste of recipes. It can be used instead of Soya Sauce.
I would have thought Braggs would be better than any other Liquid Aminos because it's raw, but I don't know anything about Liquid Aminos.

The problem with Bragg's is that it's made out of soy protein. :?

Also soy-foods disturb hormones. NOT good if you want to avoid cancer and have good skin. Look here:
