Never eaten egg b4; how much?

Post by falcon »

I have never eaten egg before (I hate the taste) but for the sake of the Wai diet I am going to try raw egg. However, I have heard it is not good for your body if you haven't eaten any before. Aprox. how much should I try before I build up to however many eggs I should eat a day. This leads me to my next question... I am 16 and weigh about 120 (very lean 6 pack). I would really like to gain weight though. What should my daily diet be if I want to get my daily amount of calories and protein? I do not have access to unfrozen/uncooked fish.

Egg yolks, not the white.

Its just that your body needs to adjust to it.
Naturally, our body can perfectly cope with bacteria in raw animal food, but nowadays we try to avoid bacteria, which has decreased the strength of our defense in fighting such bacteria.
So, you need to train your defense first.

How many egg yolks you need depends. How tall are you?

Nobody can tell you exactly regarding energy, as that depends on too many factors.
Regarding protein, that may be anything between 5 and 12 egg yolks a day, depending on your activity level, height etc.
did you check out the nutrient calculator?
