For example:
If your diet is low in beta-carotene, carrots are healthy for you, in that respect.
If you try to minimize fiber intake, they are less healthy.
So, it depends.

Ah, I never noticed this thread getting replied to. I have a hard time keeping track of these things.

I guess in general if a food supplies enough energy / vitamins / things the body needs, with minimal negative effects. I'd think in general if it made me stronger and smarter, I'd consider it healthy.

and then come to a conclusion.
I never noticed this thread getting replied to. I have a hard time keeping track of these things.
Your browser does that for you;
When there has not been a new post in a certain forum,
the icon of that forum will be grey / non-colored / silver.
If there is a new post, that icon will 'light up', be gold / orange.
So that you only need to check the forums / threads with new posts.
