How important is it to eat organic? I've been really strict about buying all organc food. I realize I have a liver and am able to deal with toxins. I'm just wondering if I am wasting money or if I should be focusing on certain fruits being organic but maybe not all of them.

What fruits are the most important to get organic?

At least fruits which have a thin (or no) skin. But organic (in any case according to our standards) should be always better, I think.

Absolutely. The whole idea is that the less toxins your body is exposed to, the better for your health.
