A thought on cooked food

I read the other day about a person who did nutrition experiments on mice; the ones he gave only fruits ate eachother and he concluded fruits were bad.


He seemed to jump to conclusions pretty rashly for the amount of effort he put into the study. For example, the mice could have been reacting to withdrawal from bad foods, which forced them to cannibalism. Or they were just used to their stomachs being over-full.


Anyways just a reason I don't take any study too seriously.

Well, there is something to learn from the study:
One should not consume fruits ONLY.
Why?
Because then you will lack B12, cholesterol, specific omega 3 fats and vitamin D.
If only he had also included a group fed both fruits and raw animal food...
