Alternatives to raisins + butter / waking during the night?

Post by jmbattle »

Hello everyone, I hope we're all well!

With regards to Wai's suggestion of eating raisings and butter prior to going to bed (if necessary) in order to encourage an uninterrupted period of sleep, may I ask for other suggestions?

Fruits (whole) + sips of olive oil for example?

Moreover, I seldom recieve an uninterrupted night's sleep - usually waking once or twice to visit the toilet. Similarly, can anyone recommend a good food to 'snack' on upon waking, to assist falling asleep quickly and deeply? Yesterday, I raied my fridge and ate a quarter of an apple and half a persimmon with one or two swigs of olive oil.

Take care,
James

I wouldnt eat whole fruits, because dealing with the fiber keeps your bowels active (too much activity).
Yolks with avocado is a knock-out.

Yolks before bedtime? Yes, I could do that!

Not sure about the avacado though - for some reason I always feel a little fat after eating avacado. Maybe it is simply because of the delicious, creamy nature?

Thanks,
James
