idli

Post by liondolphin »

recently came across this food

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idli

it's basically steamed fermented rice and black lentil.

i know it's not part of wai since it is steamed, but i can't find anything on the internet that says it is unhealthy. most sites talk about it's healthful benefits because it is fermented.

what do you think? can i make it my staple food alongside some raw egg yolks and some fruits? it's rather cheap.
