16 grams of protein

hello all,

the 16 grams of protein we are allowed a day, does this include the protein in fruit? The thing is, i like avacados but they are high in protein (about 3-4grams per avacado) and i dont want to munch to many.

The 15 grams mentioned in the Free Acne Book are for munchfoods containing 'dirty' protein. There is no real limit for clean, raw protein, except what you(r skin) can handle. But since fruits contain enough protein, we normally don't need that much extra.

So don't worry and eat your avocados. :)

My skin, for example, can now maximally handle 125 grams of fish or egg yolks daily (on top of the protein from fruits, of course).
Thats only because my skin is very much acne prone. If you are not acne prone, you can have lots more.
