Here's my pic.

I'm new to this diet. So far, it's been a rough start. I've always eaten, what I thought was, healthy. Giving my my veggies, sushi and cooked fish has been the hardest for me. I'm sure I'll be 100% soon because I understand that "self-discipline is the chief element of self-respect."

Here's my pic. I hope this works.

Um, I can't seem to attach it, any help out there?

Your pic has to be online somewhere. Then you copy/paste the url/address into your post like this: .

The link now works, but unfortunately Myspace redirects to the index page. :?
What you could try is right-clicking on the pic itself, then choose "view image" and then take that url, or choose "properties" and copy the url from there.

Thanks for the tip, Oscar. If this doesn't work, then I'll just be the phantom member, not that I've even posted yet.

Haha! No, I was the passenger. Setting out for a canoe trip...in the rain! It was a blast! Getting ready to finally post a post!

Cool! I once had a canoe trip in the rain too, which was lots of fun, even though we got completely and utterly soaked.

The forum database is ready to receive your post. ;)

That's weird! I just checked it and it went to the pic that I wanted it to show. I don't know why that happened when you tried the link???

it is because you are logged into myspace. you must be a member of myspace to view the picture and also, your profile is set to private, so even members can't view the picture.

Oops. I did not know that. Well, I will have to figure out another way...I'm not the best computer whiz! It's the only pic I have online.
