other sites that fit the waisays philosophy?

Post by johndela1 »

Anyone know of any other websites that have good articles and info that fits the wai says philosophy? Most sights I find recommend flax seed oil and canola oil as sources of omega 3. I wish I could find more articles to read that fit in with the way of thinking here.

You'll have to connect dots and research it yourself. I have looked for other sites but WaiSays is totally one-of-a-kind and for good reasons. I would recommend www.beyondveg.com as that has some good research into cooked foods but waisays research into cooked and raw is integral to understanding some basic concepts about heat and the influence it has on food.

I agree with Nick. Some of the more often mentioned sites (http://www.beyondveg.com, http://www.wastonaprice.org and http://www.mercola.com for instance) have interesting articles, but need to be read with the Wai ideas in mind.
