If you eat frozen Salmon, that isn't fresh, and than let it thaw for some hours, it will taste like cooked chicken! At least that's how it tasted to me, although personally I'm now preferring the taste of sashimi.

I came across this this totally by accident.
If you eat frozen Salmon, that isn't fresh, and than let it thaw for some hours, it will taste like cooked chicken! At least that's how it tasted to me, although personally I'm now preferring the taste of sashimi.
