Candy
What are the feelings towards commercialized candy on this diet? I can understand how anything involving chocolate/wafers would obviously be a no, as they constitute dirty proteins, but what about something like gummy worms which contains none (based on the nutrition facts), or very little? Why would this be an issue?
Re: Candy
It depends on the candy, but most of them contain some sort of additive(s), which can have addictive and harmful effects.
Re: Candy
What about in terms of acne/cellulite: water retention?
Re: Candy
True, as the susceptibility to acne is individually very different,
but sweet candy like that is usually relatively harmless regarding acne, as its mostly sugar.

Re: Candy
The gelatine might cause problems, I´m curious± it should give us a clue what temperatures are being used for gelatine if acne breakout is going to occur.
Re: Candy
Very true.
Re: Candy
I think it could be possible to make your own candy using gelatin fruit and sugar.
Have you ever tested supermarket gelatin RRM? Regarding acne ?

Re: Candy
If you make it yourself, you could substitute agar-agar (seaweed) for gelatin.
