Freeze?
as in "frozen" or do you mean "refrigerate"?
You can freeze juices, and de-freeze them later.
Freezing and defreezing whole fruits is messy and un-economical.
Can I just leave it in the box? Does it matter?
Leaving them in the box will accelerate the ripening process,
due to capturing the ethylene produced by the fruit.
DO you store your dried fruid in the refrigerator? Oranges? Avocados?
No, fruits taste better if you keep them outside the fridge.
Refigerating fruits makes them taste kind of bland.
Storing perfectly ripe fruits in the fridge is not that bad, but particularly bananas and avocadoes should never be kept in the fridge.
