I see your point. Both ways have advantages and disadvantages, but you may be right that in this case Wai Warrior is the way to go.

RRM thank you..question-
When refueling You've noted to take in foods with no fiber- that would leave primarily eggs, fish and juice?
I don't know RRM , bit concerned about that ?!
Right now, in Costa Rica, my diet has changed a bit- I'm walking a lot, though, and taking in whole fruits, avocados, eggs and fish ( no cheat meals ) and I'm good, but I have noted, that, when walking, the skin covering my quad. appears more jiggly than before. I know it's, of course, challenging to diagnose anyone without seeing them, but do you think, I'm losing body fat or more like I'm losing muscle mass? I'm eating 5-8 eggs per day and I just bought fresh Tuna 3-4 ounces per day. But, I'm not real keen on the tuna.

Given what I've said, would you please outline times and food suggestions for my new WAi Warrior diet? ! :)
Exercise- Long days in a moderately active class room setting and walking 2 miles a day to and fro to class.

Thank you so much RRM ..looking forward to your reply.
P&S. I'd love a cooked Costarican meal but my priority is to get rid of my cellulite, so I've completely refrained!

What is your concern, exactly?
I have noted, that, when walking, the skin covering my quad. appears more jiggly than before. I know it's, of course, challenging to diagnose anyone without seeing them, but do you think, I'm losing body fat or more like I'm losing muscle mass?
Did you lose weight?
Its most likely a reduction in water retention, as that one happens most rapidly.
Your skin will adjust to that in time.
I'm eating 5-8 eggs per day and I just bought fresh Tuna 3-4 ounces per day.
Thats enough to support your protein requirements.
And if you didnt stop exercising, its unlikely that you have lost muscle mass,
unless you did lose weight (due to eating too little)
Given what I've said, would you please outline times and food suggestions for my new WAi Warrior diet? ! :)

Wai Warrior can only be succesful if you eat enough with little indigestion in a small time frame.
That will only work if your food is very easy to digest, and nutrient dense.
Consuming whole fruits, you need a much bigger eating time frame, and you will be more bloated.
Hence my suggestion of eating nothing during the day,
and after approximately 18.00 you consume only extracted juices and fresh raw animal food.
Once you are pretty sure that you have consumed all energy required,
you may continue with some whole fruits.
but probably you will feel too full already.
Thats our starting point.
Once you have managed to do that for a period of time,
you can introduce some whole fruits to find out if it does not cause too much weight loss, indigestion and/or bloating.

Thank you RRM ..this is my second reply as my first one, for some reason, didn't get publish, so this is my condensed versions:)
I'm ready for my Wai Wartior diet, do you need anything else from me?
Last post you mentioned I'm eating lots of fiber.
Well, my intake has increased even more since then and yes I'm bloated! im eating lots of fruit, here, in Costa Rica. I have access to a small hand juicer that I brought from Boston Ma, but it takes like an hour for less than a liter of juice. am I being a baby? I'm about to have a grueling schedule, though.
Although, I don't have access to nuts and dates, I do have access to tuna and eggs. So, would you please give me an outline as to what and when to eat and I will follow it to the T .
With a ton of gratitude, RRM

I'd like to begin the Wai Warrior diet, based on the following please prescribe one? Thank you!
I've recently relocated to Costa Rica, so I've eaten raw tuna, egg yolks, and lots of whole tropical fruit.(one very small cheat meal after walking miles!) and drank their water...no fruit juice. Although I brought a small hand held juicer I have yet to make a liter, never mind two!
So, here's the good and the bad
lost body fat
Teeth because of my improved method of "brushing", straw and xylitol are improving
Skins looks radiant ..have to say people's mouthes drop when I tell them my age, so I don't think I'm going to report that anymore lol
I'm improving my consciousness of energy requirements

Here's where I'd like to improve
Constipation, diarrhea, soiling :(
Cellulite ( I know it's going to take time but I refuse to have it apart of my body anymore!)

Before I had left for CR my IBS was cured because of Wai and now it's back, is it because I'm taking in all this fiber or because I'm in a new country ie drinking their water, eggs etc.?

Help...what should I do? Thank you RRM so very much.

To be honest, yes; ive been using such a basic plastic hand juicer for many years before buying a real juicer.
But if you have no time to juice, then you better go online and buy a real juicer.

For fruits other than oranges, you can buy a simple masticating juices like the Z Star
http://www.waitalk.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 594#p24215
or a more advanced (and expensive) Huron Slow Juicer
http://www.waitalk.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 594#p24432

For oranges you can use the basic plastic juicer that ive been using for many years :)
http://www.waitalk.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 594#p12185
or a more advanced (and expensive) Santos 10, for example
http://www.waitalk.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 594#p12727
or something in between, like the OrangeX
http://www.waitalk.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 594#p12213
I do have access to tuna and eggs. So, would you please give me an outline as to what and when to eat and I will follow it to the T.
Its quite simple.
Eat absolutely nothing during the morning and the entire day, until 16.00, 17.00 or 18.00,
or whatever time you come home.
Make sure to always make the juice the night before, so that when you come home,
you can start drinking loads of juice more or less in one go.
Make sure to sieve the juice.
If you have troubles to make enough juice, make sure to add sugar.
Sugar is totally harmless and valuable if you have been fasting during the day.
Then after having drunk say 1 L of juice, you start eating the egg yolks and/or tuna.
Then after about half an hour, you start drinking more juice, as much as feels comfortable.
Then, until you go to bed, you continuously try to drink as much juice as you can,
and you feel (physically) comfortable with.

That's all you need, regarding nutrients: juice plus egg yolks and fish.

Its the fiber.
or the fiber plus the water.
But definitely the fiber.

BTW, you don't need any water if you drink enough juice.

RRM I understood that my goal was to fast all day then upon coming home drink a liter of raw juice; then, an hour later have my eggs; then, until sleep- have more juice; but, I've recently come to the awareness, that Im just not "there" yet ( but that's not to say I won't be in the near future) as,I think, it was too big of a leap for me.
I give you a lot of credit for maintaining the Wai Warrior Diet! Awesome!
On the both days that I had attempted the diet, I, unfortunately, crashed and burned around 2:00pm, even after my liter of juice, I had to take a nap. I just didn't have the energy I had needed to sustain my life as I knew it, lol.So, I think I'd like to take it slower- here are my questions ..:) thank you, RRM.
On high activity mornings, I'll ...only...skip breakfast [and on low activity mornings, I'll skip lunch too( giving my teeth a rest)] Therefore, upon breaking my mini fasts which food choices would best serve me to lose more body fat- should I start by having a liter of OJ or is it best to have my large cucumber, tomato, OO, avocado salad, in it's entirety, which I'd like to keep in my diet, then; or, better yet - have a whole fruit like a papaya or cantaloupe then, which, I, too, would like to keep in my diet but on a very limited bases and have my salad later?
Although, my diet is pretty simple...cucumber, avocado salad with OO, eggs and/or tuna, juice and whole fruit...I know it's not ideal for body fat loss...I know...so, should I cut out the avocado if I'm going to splash OO on my salad ( depends on what time I'm eating it -pre or post exercise, yes?) I'm probably still having too much fiber, huh?
I guess what I'm trying to ask you- based on the foods I'm eating what is the best time to eat them for fat loss?
Man that was exhausting :)

I know I say it a lot, but- thank you RRM; I so appreciate your time :)

P.S. Oranges,at this time, are from concentrate ..not because Im lazy....just because I can't get the quantity...but I'm trying.

RRM ..Last night, after writing my email to you, I got dizzy. Per you- it's because my brain was lacking glucose. So, this morning, I got back on the Wai diet; hence started sipping juice with a couple drops of OO in it.
Oh, also, I found oranges which I've already squeezed for tomorrow! Yay!
My guestion...what is the order and at what times should I eat my salad, and eggs?
It appears my energy is good till mid afternoon on just OJ and a little OO but then around 2:00pm I want fat . Therefore, should I be taking in more OO in my juice to eliminate that desire or shoud I be having my 5 egg yolks mashed in one banana at that time or better still:my salad. If I have my salad at 2:00 pm then it feels kinda odd to go back to 0J for the remainder of the day. You're probably going to say to have my salad at 2:00pm because it's best to be consuming my eggs at night, before bed, yes?
Oh, before I forget, one more question please,do you think, 2 liters of juice per day is enough for me-5 "10" 130lbs motivated to lose body fat.
That's it, I promise, that's the last question :)

Thank you, thank you, thank you, RRM!

Yes, i should have contemplated that.
Too big of a leap, indeed.
I give you a lot of credit for maintaining the Wai Warrior Diet! Awesome!
Its actually quite easy, if only....
if only you manage to eat enough at night, meaning full glycogen replenishment.
On high activity mornings, I'll ...only...skip breakfast [and on low activity mornings, I'll skip lunch too( giving my teeth a rest)
thats a good idea.
Therefore, upon breaking my mini fasts which food choices would best serve me to lose more body fat-
that will happen anyway.
Instead, you need to focus on getting in enough energy efficiently, so that you can actually do some fasting.
the trick is not in 'not eating', but in eating enough.
Sounds weird, but its true.
should I start by having a liter of OJ or is it best to have my large cucumber, tomato, OO, avocado salad, in it's entirety, which I'd like to keep in my diet, then; or, better yet - have a whole fruit like a papaya or cantaloupe then, which, I, too, would like to keep in my diet but on a very limited bases and have my salad later?
Actually, if you do WW in some form, meaning some fasting to some extend,
you need easy to digest energy.
Your initial problem with WW was not getting in enough energy.
So, that problem is still there, even if the fasting is less extensive.
You are doing less fasting because you couldnt get in enough energy.
That means you still have to focus on getting in enough energy.
you cannot do some fasting with a diet of whole fruits and salads.
So, you either do Wai the old-fashioned way, and then you can eat whole fruits,
though even then it might not give you enough energy.
And if you do some fasting, you need food that is more readily digested,
and gives you more energy.

The body fat will get lost anyway.
But if you cannot get in enough energy, you cannot maintain this diet.
I guess what I'm trying to ask you- based on the foods I'm eating what is the best time to eat them for fat loss?
Based on the food you eat, you cannot do any fasting.
You will need to eat the entire day, lots of small meals.
the fat loss happens 24/7 anyway.
the only issue is not storing new bodyfat, which happens with large meals.
So, just do the Wai diet old fashioned style. Its perfect for fat loss.
Remember, you use the greatest percentage of fat for energy during.... your sleep!

Eggs prior to sleep.
Salad throughout the day, any time.
You're probably going to say to have my salad at 2:00pm because it's best to be consuming my eggs at night, before bed, yes?
Indeed.
eggs prior to sleep.
You can add more OO to your salad.
There is nothing odd about drinking OJ after the salad, all afternoon and night.
do you think, 2 liters of juice per day is enough for me-5 "10" 130lbs motivated to lose body fat.
Nobody can tell you.
1% too much is too much.
1% too little is too little.
The only one who can tell you, is your body. Please start listening to it.

RRM..firstly- thank you!:) ok I'm staying focused and really watching my energy and my diet is 100% Wai.
Although, I'm no longer constipated I'm staining :( I've read from the posts that some would believe that it's an indicator of poor gut health. What is it from, RRM ?( I'm not taking in any extra sugar - just juice- 1.5 liters of OJ per day)
I have a toenail fungal infection which I've had for many years. I've tried...hard...to get rid of but to no avail, so I've given up.When you've had a life threatening disease you tend to overlook toenail fungus:) But, Do you think that with staining indicates that I may have a candida infection? As far as antibiotics? yes, probably. I had ovarian cancer in my twenties, so I'm sure I was on a whole host of drugs, antibiotics etc. (no radiation, just surgeries and more follow up surgeries)
So, let's say I have a candida infection what should I do? Thank you, again, RRM for all your hard work.

Nah, that's nonsense imho.
Usually its too much fiber, or something else the colon is not too fond of.
It may be just a transition issue.
What else do you consume, besides juice?
Do you think that with staining indicates that I may have a candida infection?
No, I don't believe in the 'staining-poor health hypothesis'.
Its your stool being a little too soft, which may have various dietary causes.
So, let's say I have a candida infection what should I do?
I don't like to speculate on something like that.
Im all for proper diagnosis first.

RRM..really..thank you :) I've got to take in more juice. I know I do because I like how I look from morning till 2 pm- flat stomach when I switch over to "eating" flat stomach is replaces with the Buddha belly. So, Currently, I drink juice till 2 pm then I have whole fruits like 1 papaya, 2bananas,2 avocados and then 5 eggs and or 4oz. tuna.
I 'll delete the avocados to see if it makes my colon happy and replace it with more OO. I'm just glad I don't have a candida infection!
...a transition like a new diet can place all of us in a vulnerable state, yes?
That's where you come in...one- "Nah...that's nonsense" and I'm back on track again.
I hope and trust that life has given back to you all that you've given here, without monetary gain, as I'd like to believe that the universe does that some how- it gives back to people like you. I'll keep you updated :) see youRRM, :)
