1 bowl of oatmeal and yellow yam, simmered
1 bowl of seaweed carrot soup
--10 hours later
9-12 pieces of grapes with peel, raw
3-5 pieces each of celery, red bell peppers, orange bell peppers, onion, mushroom, stir cooked.
1 slice of eggplant, cooked.
6 pieces of chicken wing, in some yellow curry like sauce, that white t-shirt wearing raw aytundra would frown about.
1 bowl of rice
3 pieces of grapes, with peel, raw
15 pieces of blueberries, with peel, raw
- by passive aytundra

addendum: 1 piece of apple pie, 6cm x 2cm x 12.5cm, for a snack yesterday from the ‘M’golden arches. Reminded to type this, because aytundra feels pain of new pimples, she has 3 on her face, all currently near chin and mouth. She had clear skin before she spiked her diet with French fries, fried chicken, and apple pie. Fried chicken was from Popeyes, and Popeyes usually does the trick to activate pimple formation in aytundra; Cooked yolks and maybe French fry tasting cooked fish might have added or aggravated pimple formation, but she is not 100 percent sure. It started at the mouth above the upper lip, and 2 small ones appeared on the chin. Aytundra thinks there is a gradient or a gradual expansion of the zone of which pimples can develop from the initial epicenter of pimple development, and it is logical that it could spread. Spread, because the pimple causing substance has to leave that area somehow, that substance cannot simply teleport or vanquish out of existence if someone eats a good diet, it is logical that it should migrate in small portions, until everything can be reduced, broken down, and deported. Spread of pimples means she should avoid eating fast food like items, including foods that resemble fast foods. Whether aytundra would follow aytundra’s advice is another story.

1 hard boiled egg
12 pieces of grapes, purple, some with peel, others without peel, raw
20 pieces of French fries
[Stares at 14 pieces of donuts. Stares at sibling eating donuts.Offered like half a dozen times "Do you want some?"]
[Mulls about, gives excuse of look I have pimples I can't touch this. I am so glad I have pimples to back up my claim. Else, I would have ate it just for fun. Then to see what happens.]
1 mashed banana frozen, then eaten like icecream*[Forgets about donuts. Thinks banana icecream are sweeter than donuts.]
1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of sugar**
2 mouthfuls of scrambled eggs, proportion of 2eggwhites with 1 yolk scrambled in.
3-5 pieces each of celery, eggplants, mushroom, carrot boiled or stir cooked.
1 bowl of rice
1 frozen chunks of banana, __(super late night snack, I think it was in the morning. Was going to sleep, but thought she was hungry, so she said *when hungry go eat fruits*, then she was happy to find that she froze another banana. Ran to retrieve it and ate it in the dark. Two pieces and enjoyed it a lot. In the dark you really taste what you are eating. After 2 chunks I thought I was full, and full possibly from the smell and sugar which was probably too much, still finished the whole bowl anyways. On second thought, the only down side of the banana is that it tastes very sugary to me, and smells somewhat too fruity, if there is a type of banana that tastes a little less sugary and less fruity in smell I think I could eat more of it.)

*__Banana ice cream:
Definitely peel the fruit before freezing. For the best icecream effect mash it before freezing.
Mashing tastes like sorbet, versus chunking makes it taste like texture of icecubes of icecream fruits.
Banana icecream should be a staple in the fridge, just in case of snack crave.
Thank you Maia! :D

**Sugar & egg yolk:
Surprising taste. Egg yolk with sugar tastes like mango! Tastes like mango without acidity, mango without rind taste, without mango puckering taste, without itchy mango feeling. That 1 tablespoon of egg yolk with sugar is smooth creamy mango orangy coloured and could be like something you put on a dessert as a sauce or topping.
Thank you Iris! :D

1 oatmeal with yellow yam chunks, simmered
3 slices of apple, peeled, raw
1 donut, yes I caved-in. {Glares from afar.}(All bananas are turning from green to yellow so it will be a while before I have a stash of icecream to save me from junk food.)

1 piece of baked chicken wings
1 bowl of watery rice with 1 tablespoon each of carrots and corn, cooked.

21 pieces of blueberries
6 pieces of chicken wings, cooked with sauce with skin.
5-7 pieces of eggplants, cooked.
1 bowl of rice
1/2 a raw apple, peeled
1 forelle pear sans peel *
14 pieces of blueberries
-passive aytundra

* The word “sans” means without , I like using this word here because I can feel the spaced palindrome of colors, it just looks prettier that way vs. "forelle pear without peel" looks strange to me.. It is not everyday usage to use sans in English, it is only used usually in terminology like “sans serif font”.

Comments are welcomed,
and more food suggestions are welcomed.
Banana as pseudo-Icecream was a success! :D
Now I need something new to try.
How do I replace a donut :?:

Joy! I have so much to write.

Places stickers on this post:
This in NOT a puzzle. This is not a toy. Plastic bag may cause suffocation. Keep out of reach of small children!
Ages 3+ or older of Wai 100% dieters Only! (Not for Acne dieters to read.)
Comments as usual are welcome.

Fine Prints:
Warning extremely long post. Quick summary is at the bottom. Disclaimer: Aytundra will not be liable for any headaches caused by reading this EXTRA long post, or any headaches caused by people trying to figure out which item is Wai or unWai, this post is NOT a puzzle. In fact, aytundra was embarrassed at eating so many unWai items, that she did not want to post this. But her factual side insists. So here it is:

She began her first food item Wai and then we see something else happen. Maybe yolks should be reserved for night, as yolks make her hungrier. (lol, haha, I am joking, but eating yolks does make my appetite bigger! So I seem to think.)

1 yolk raw with 1 teaspoon sugar.
1 cup of water
1 egg white fried, egg white scab discarded.
- breakfast by raw aytundra, economical aytundra insists on finishing egg whites.

1 cracker with 2ml each of pistachio butter, hazelnut butter, cashew butter
(The ingredients laced these nuts with sugar and cocoa butter. This could be an idea to make a Wai recipe.)
1 cracker with 2ml each of blueberry butter, almond butter, chocolate hazelnut butter
1 cracker with coconut butter, banana sauce
1 inch cube of bread with 3ml each of sundried tomato oil, oregano basil oil, something oil
(ingredients contained canola oil, that might be a bad oil.)
1 cracker with 2ml each of pumpkin sauce, apple sauce, apple honey sauce
1 cracker with 1ml each of something sauce, jalapeno sauce, horseradish sauce,
1 cracker with 1ml each of honey mustard garlic sauce, tartar sauce
1 pretzel stick with 1ml of tzatziki sauce
1 pretzel stick with 1ml of creamy onion garlic sauce
1 pretzel stick with 1ml of creamy pickle sauce
1 pretzel stick with 1ml of mango sauce
1 inch cube of garlic bread
-by sampling aytundra, an exercise in memory, chronologically of how I ate them, something = I forgot.

1 piece of white rice film wrapping 2 pieces of steamed shrimp and bamboo pieces (3 pieces of bamboo 0.2cm x 0.2cm x 0.5cm cube.))
1 thin sliced beef rib, in sugary sauce, grilled
1 beef ball, with parsley, steamed
1 pea on top of a yellow wrapping around minced pork, steamed
1 piece of white rice film wrapped dumpling of pea leaves, steamed
1 piece of pork, steamed
2 pieces of 0.5cm cube of taro, steamed
1 lightly fried pastry, with two sesame, and yellow creamy custard filling (cute, it was shaped like a porcupine)
1 piece of chicken feet in red sauce
5 slivers of purple radish 0.3cm x 0.3cm x3cm
1 deep fried wonton pastry with shrimp inside it, and salad dressing.
3 cup-lets of pu erh tea. (clear water taste, but can feel the light tea-ish bitterness.)
- lunch by social aytundra
[Takes a brief break from eating.]
Walks through a candy chocolate store.
Raw aytundra analyzes
the icecream section;
the chocolates sitting so alluringly behind the glass coffin;
the vegemite and purple Cadburys;
the candies of Wonka et al;
the gummy bear pops;
and chocolate statues;
and caramelized popcorns;
and random candy wrappers in assorted colours;
then she walks out of the store;
{Her mind spins in colours and is confused, is candy and chocolate allow on Wai?}

Walks through a bakery.
{Thinks of salmon, orange juice, yolks, and sugar, during the trip to compare food items. Good we are developing maybe a raw crave aytundra?!}
Raw aytundra analyzes
the bread section;
The cooked foods section;
The pasta section;
The donuts section;
The cake section;
The meat section; and reaches an interesting conclusion: She peers past the glass at the: Proscuitto ham (brand1), Proscuitto ham (brand2), Proscuitto ham (brand3), pancetta ham, salami, Hungarian salami, cheesehead, pizza ham, kolbassa ham, black forest ham, corned beef , chicken breast ham, bologna, cooked ham. [Chronologically]
{Aytundra understands how to differentiate ham now. It is so easy to recognize ham now with the raw vs cooked foods knowledge. Ironically, this store spaced out the ham by cookedness (whether they know it or not), and raw hams are usually more expensive. It must be the taste. I guess people instinctively know cooked ham is not as good as other ham. Hence the prices of raw hams are much pricier.} ( I was not much of a ham person anyways, and always had a hard time remembering their names shapes and colours, but today’s stroll through that section was like an aha! moment.)

[Ends a brief break from eating.]

1 piece of penne pasta with tomato sauce
1 piece of penne pasta with salad dressing.
1 square inch of a leaf of iceberg lettuce
1 piece of muskmelon/cantaloupe
1 piece of pineapple
1 slice of watermelon
5 pieces of chickpeas
3 pieces of chickpeas in red spicy sauce
2 pieces of diced tomato in red spicy sauce
2 stuffed olives
1 raw olive, olive grey coloured, with pit, pit discarded {Tasted salty, disagreeable to raw aytundra}
1 piece of raw baby carrot
1 slice of radish purple, circular, raw
3 pieces of cherry tomatoes, raw
9 pieces of corn bits.
1 piece of 3cm length by 0.7cm diameter of asparagus.
30ml mango chutney
-Plate1
1 piece of naan bread, dipped with 10ml of a blend of, mint sauce, tzatziki sauce, reddish sauce
4 pieces of 1 cm cubed spicy potatoes
½ piece of Tiki samosa with green colour inside the samosa.
¼ of a flat bread crisp with seeds life flax seed but not flax seed.
- Plate2
2 slices of watermelon
1 piece of muskmelon/cantaloupe
1 piece of pineapple
1 piece of potato wedge ~ 1 inch cubed, fried
- Plate3
5 tablespoons of (Name) rice
1 spoon of (Name) paneer
1 spoon of Masalai paneer
1 piece of lamb, 2inch by 1 inch, cooked
1 piece of chicken, 1 inch cubed cooked
1 piece of yellow curry cauliflower, cooked
- Plate4
1 piece of chicken kabob, cooked, was minced chicken meat with spices.
1 orange coloured rice like with 1 slice of almond (Name?) dessert
1 bite of ~15ml, brown egg like, very sugary, (Name? G---- jumbu) dessert
1 bite of ~15ml Rasmalai dessert, tasted like cheese {raw aytundra was like huh? This is the most sugary and curdled cheese she has ever tasted and raw aytundra did not like the taste.}
1 bite of blueberry cake
- Plate5
2 pieces of lamb, cooked
- Plate6
-dinner by social aytundra

1 slice of cake, yellow cake base, with strawberry and white to light brown chocolate shavings, (Bakery does not use lard, so it is vegetable shortenings. ) {raw aytundra does not think that is a good idea of the bakery to use vege shortening.}

-Raw aytundra looks at this mayhem currently and says nothing. She is speechless and astounded and is a little surprised that aytundra can eat so much, and so much variety in a day that she feels like running to her chalkboard/whiteboard/blackboard or computer to recalculate how much Wai she can force into passive social crave cooked foods aytundra, she questions herself. Could she persuade the bold brave sampling aytundra to her side to try Wai foods in bigger volumes?
-- Blah, blah, blah, raw aytundra is uttering nonsense, please ignore her. –rebellious aytundra

Quick Summary for Kasper who loves summaries, and Maia who has no time to read:
Quick Summary:
Aytundra went to an outdoors event and sampled food, a candy/chocolate store, a bakery, a Chinese restaurant, and an Indian restaurant, and only ate 1 raw yolk intentionally, other raw items were accidental (or subconsciously influenced by a Wai infected mind).

Started eating after the sun reached its highest point. I was not hungry before noon. I don’t think the time matters in my diet yet; I don’t see myself on WW anytime soon. I don’t see any challenge eating later in the day. I think I should be able to transition to a WW very easily if I tried, because I am naturally not hungry. I only ate at 2pm-ish. I ate not because I was hungry, but because it seemed unnatural not to do something with food for such a long time…………………Pauses in mid-paragraph…………Oh wait, I think I know why. I am running on left over energy from yesterday’s adventures. Nevermind. At least I know now that a prior day’s energy can probably spill over to the next day.

1 glass of water
1 banana, raw
20 pieces of globe grapes, raw, peeled {Yes, I am peeling grapes now. Peels taste funny to me now.}(From a biology perspective, colourful skins of fruits are actually just fancy modifications of leaf structures. So the skin is a veggie!)

1 slice of strawberry cake*

3 pieces of aubergine, cooked
3 pieces of chicken wings, steamed.
1 clump of watercress
1 bowl or rice

*Raw aytundra asks: “Why do you have to break a streak?”

Aytundra replies: “What streak? It looks like you are trying to do one Wai item per day at the least. What difference does it make that after two Wai items that I eat a strawberry cake? You’ve already reached your goal for the day.”

Raw aytundra says: “Because it matters to me. It probably matters to synaesthesia aytundra too. You just added a blue item to her list. And blue items are not edible, or best not to be included on Wai. It makes raw aytundra sad to see blue.”

1 banana, raw, mashed, frozen. {Eats a mashed frozen banana pseudoicecream as she types yesterday’s post. Thanks
Maia! Do you want some Maia?}
3 bites of apple, raw, peeled {I think without the peel, Snow white will be safe.}
1 glass of water

2 pieces of fried chicken, fried skin discarded
9 packets of ketchup
2 blueberries, raw, with peel

1 meal sized piece of cooked lasagna

3 pieces of canned oyster
3 pieces of chickenwings, steamed
1 clump of watercress, boiled
1 bowl or rice
1 glass of water
2 blueberries, raw, with peel

- Raw aytundra insists on applying the blue highlighter. Which, forced literary aytundra to change “slices” into “bites”, and “cup” into “glass”. What do you dwarves think? Should Snow white have peeled the apple before she ate it? But if she did then what twist would you add to the classic story?

So if you hate al that stuff, then what exactly are you doing here ;D
Just kidding :wink: I think for you it's just a trial and error thing. Find out what (combinations) does (do) taste good to you. So experiment, use your imagination! I'm not being very helpful perhaps, but it's the best answer I can give you for now, I guess ;D

1 banana
2 blueberries
1 glass of water

1 large apple sans peel **

1 yolk
1 egg white scrambled with 1 tomato
2 tablespoon of confitures du pêches (peach jam), with 100ml water ***

1 inch cube of saucisse du porc (pork sausage), cooked
6-8 pieces of crevettes (shrimps), cooked.
5-7 spoonfuls of steamed egg, equal proportions of egg yolk and whites in chicken soup, cooked
1 clump of watercress
and rice

1 yolk before sleep sans sugar

-Raw aytundra insists on using the blue highlighter again. Literary aytundra struggles to make things fit, by sneaking in French words. This reminds her that she should search for that book where the author was forbidden to write with the letter “e” or “a”, I can’t remember which. That book is on her reading wishlist; wants to sink her paws into it, if she can hunt it down in the library.

June 20, 2014
100ml orange juice, garlic presser pressed 1 orange, 20 min from start to clean up*

30-35 pieces of french fries
1 cup of Fruitopia juice, fruit punch

100ml orange juice, garlic presser pressed 1 orange, 18 min from start to clean up*

2 wedges of processed cheese
2 tomatoes
55-70g of Shreddies (wheat cereal)**

4 pieces of chicken wings
3 pieces of white turnip, boiled
1 bowl of rice

2 pieces of sesame crisps 4cmx5cm x0.7cm (black sesame, white sesame, sugar, egg, salt)

1 yolk before sleep

How are disposing crave experiments going?
**Shreddies are fortified with thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, iron…
I bought it out of curiosity.
The price is about 1 dozen eggs. It has 10 servings of cereal. Each serving is 55g. You would get 80% RDA of thiamin.

That taste of Shreddies.
The first bite, I broke the mini postage sized square in half,
Hard, crisp, rigid, wiry,
crunch them, and the spiky wiry pieces just pokes and scrapes your gums and palate,
and it attempts to shred and sand the teeth at the same time, and it would if it could, and maybe it did.
the metallic taste of fortified cereal,
a mild sanguine taste of artificial iron, and perhaps your own if it caused enough damage to your gums.
an acidic note of left over cereal pulp and fiber that chews away at the teeth. I bet kids get cavities from cereal not sugar
it has a leftover taste, some mild milk grain sweet tone, probably the molasses, that persuades for one more square
and you would wish you had milk to go with the cereal.
just to make it soggy.
and when you wake up the next day, your mouth still feels raw from the leftover scrapes and after tastes of Shreddies, but yet you still might want more.

I still hate it.
Curiosity crave aytundra bought it. Sorry no pictures.
I think dump juice is better than shredders.
Okay 8 more servings to go.
and says shredders = about the cost of 12 eggs or 2/3 of sushi wasted.
Concludes shredders are expensive.

How are the orange or orange juice experiments going?

*I actually measured the orange juice contents in a measuring cup this time. 1 orange = 100ml = 20min ~= 0.09mg of thiamin
There are no noticeable effects with eating 1-2 oranges a day.
The thing was that, when I drank the 880ml juice (several weeks ago when I was trying out containerized juice), those juices had variable effects on skin, and brain energy levels.
I don’t think I am consuming enough OJ to feel anything, except that my garlic presser pressed orange juice tastes so much better and nicer than containerized juice.

How are the yolk experiments going?
Yolks sans sugar taste strange to me now. They taste very plain without sugar.
Yolks taste better with sugar. Tastes like a creamy mango or dessert sauce.
However,
yolks sans sugar has a nicer sleep effect.
so I think yolk sans sugar is better.

1 bowl of oatmeal with yellow yams, simmered
1 glass of water

1 venti double chocolate chip a la starbucks (a large chocolate milk shake: milk, chocolate, sugar, ice, whipped creme...)

1 piece of salmon, 4cm x 6cm x 1cm size/piece***

1 bowl of spaghetti, tomato sauce with 2 slices of tomato, and 2 tablespoon of carrot, peas and corn

4 pieces of salmon, 4cm x 6cm x 1cm size/piece***

1 glass of water

5 slices of oranges
1 donut

4 pieces of chicken wings, cooked
5-7 pieces of peeled boiled, fuzzy melon squash, with 1 slice of mushroom
1 piece of boiled carrot, and a tablespoon of boiled seaweed
1 bowl of rice

1 yolk (maybe, we will see)
----------------------------
From another thread: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3527&start=135
Thanks Karen for pondering on iron.
RRM wrote:Vitamin C increases iron uptake.
Calcium inhibits iron uptake.
Okay, that probably explains why I ate cheese the day before, and brought a milkshake today. Evil shreddies and artificial levels of iron in cereal.
Calcium from dairy, probably to neutralize artificial iron levels of cereal.
----------------------------

***Spiked my diet today with salmon. First time I had salmon raw in a large volume. Sans rice, sans sushi roll.
It tasted bland, not appealing, not like sushi.
not fishy in taste, not salty, did not add soysauce, ate ginger that came along with it. Ginger tasted better than fish.
not like cooked fish taste. Cooked fish would taste many times better, more flavourful, more fish and flaky fish like.
this was bland.
Did not like the aftertaste in the mouth, on walls of the upper palate.
It is hard to describe.
It is not flavourful, almost bland.
It is not acidic (not like orange juice), maybe alkaline?
It is not bitter
It is not greasy
It is maybe waxy?
but it is not wax, it does not flake
it is a feeling within the walls of the mouth, of the palate, that gum structure that insulates the teeth and bones of teeth.
Maybe I had too much?

What is with fish and cereal?
Cereal leaves an iron coat taste on the walls.
Fish leaves an indescribable taste on the walls.

Maybe dairy did something?
Did calcium bind iron and leave a strange taste?

Thinks she should brush her teeth, but doesn't think that aftertaste will leave, because that feeling is within or clinging onto the surface of the wall. That taste is still there after a whole afternoon.

Aytundra is confused.
