It mocks my wallet so much when the price of 8 hamburger buns = the price of 2.5 eggs (not egg cartons). Mad at SAD (and no the decimal is not in euro format)
In comparison it makes what I eat look like the price of expensive caviar.

Mon Jan 26, 2015 (not Wai, b/c i ate bread)
8:00 2 kiwi
9:00 1 banana
10:00 1 banana
11:30 1 cucumber + 4 tbsp sugar + 2 tsp vinegar + 1 tbsp oo
12:00 [10 min nap]
1:00 50 g salmon, 1 bread (140 calories, said the wrapper.) * {i don't think I really have remember eating bread for ~ half a year, the interiors of the stomach feels like it was filled with cotton fluffs of polyester like those of teddy bears, it felt full and happy...}
1:30 100 g salmon
18:00* 2 apples, 1 tbsp oo
* followed by constipation, and some gassiness probably activated by the apple, salmon probably messed it up too. {...then it went stomach crazy.}
22:00 1 cucumber + 4 tbsp sugar + 2 tsp vinegar
23:45-8:31
---

Tue Jan 27, 2015
9:00 2 tbsp sugar
9:45 1 tbsp oo
10:00 65% (3 yolks + 4 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp oo) + 33% (640ml water)
11:00 20% + 33%
12:00 10% + 33%
17:00 3 yolks + 1 tsp oo
18:00 250 ml water
22:00 150 g salmon
23:00 60 blueberries, 120 ml water
00:00 - 8:30
---
My skin appeared a little dry today, maybe too much oo or yolks or maybe water, I don't know which one messed it up.
I really like the taste of yolks with oo (without sugar); without sugar it tastes kinda salty and fatty.

Wed Jan 28, 2015 (Not Wai, b/c i ate chocolate, munch food)
8:35 2 tbsp sugar, 1 kiwi
9:00 1 apple
9:20 1 tbsp oo (120 calories, the bottle said) <---{hmm, in comparison to the bread, this is very close. Now imagine bread with 1tbsp oil, it would = 2 bread.}
12:00 1tsp oo + 1 yolk
13:00 1 tomato + 1 cucumber + 4 tbsp sugar
13:15 120 g salmon
20:45 25 orange
21:15 5 chocolate macadamia
21:30 1 tsp oo + 1 yolk
1:43* 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oo
1:45-8:03

*sour after taste on waking, i guess it was not happy with the sugar.

ha, yes
i was pleasantly surprised waking up to that thought.

I've always (initially) hated oatmeal. I just adapted to (and liked) eating them for breakfast/lunch (definitely 1 meal/day) for > 10 odd years.
The first few times I had hot oatmeal was when I was ~3 or 4 years old.
To make it more nutritious they added: mashed boiled eggs, crumbled walnuts, and stirred in a glass of milk. {everything that are scary food items here.}
and to trick me into eating it they added sugar,
then salt.
it took me over 1 hour to eat it. I knew time because the tv show ended and I was still eating it.
After about several monthes, they gave up on the eggs, milk and walnuts.
I also refused sugar.
So they were content that I ate plain oatmeal with salt; because I could finish that in less than 10 minutes.

Sun Feb 1, 2015 Day 4 GW? - interrupted by foodie aytundra.
7:42 Wake
11:45 - 13:00 Aytundra went to a fancy restaurant.
Appetizer: 50-80g raw salmon, 1 cube of pineapple with 4 macadamia; 2 pieces of inch cubed pumpkin bread, 0.5 inch cube of mildly garlic cream butter with bread (2 x 3 x 6 cm).
Main Course: Seared Catfish, sauteed spinach and red lettuce like stuff, with thin tiny mushrooms , 0.25 boiled egg*; 1 bite of beef tenderloin medium-rare from another plate.
Dessert: 3 Gouda cheese slices with 3 crackers, 7 pistachios, 7 cranberries; 0.25 panna cotta from another plate; 1 cm cube of Dark Chocolate covered Marshmellow.
19:30 - 22:30 170 grapes (peeled), 67 blueberries, [(1 avocado mashed + (15tsp sugar + 7 tsp vinegar)) + 1 banana + 2 apples] <--Warrior Aytundra carries on with her experiment.
23:00 Shovelled Snow
24:00 - 7:00 7:00-10:00 - Really good sleep, probably b/c i shovelled snow.
---
*After 1 bite of fish, Foodie Aytundra swallowed a piece of yellow flaky velvet substance hidden within her sauteed veggies. Her mind screeched and reacted as if she saw a fly land on her plate. She looked under the leaves of spinach, and found what she suspected. A piece of yellow boiled egg yolk! Foodie Aytundra then went about, painstakingly forking through her whole sauteed spinach like a picky-eater, and cornered the eggs to the edge of her plate. She was not amused that an upscale restaurant would have the nerve to serve something as cheap as boiled eggs!

Waiter walks by: "How was your food?"
Aytundra replied: "I did not like the eggs."

Waiter: "I am sorry to hear that."
Aytundra: "I liked the fish." (im referring to the appetizer.),

Waiter: [nods a smile]
Aytundra: "but not the fish with eggs." "I would never do eggs like that with fish."

Waiter: [Raises an eyebrow, changes courses, stops asking questions about food at the table, talks about how she likes the chicken which no one at the table ordered.]

------------------------------
- raw aytundra --> Grins @ "I did not like the eggs", but in exasperation asks: " u ate veggies still?"
- foodie aytundra --> "Hey, I'm pretending to be normal."
1 score for restaurant-aytundra.
Next Challenge: Order plain tomato and cucumber salad; and skip sauteed veggies.
