Free Weightloss Program

Post by RRM »

I have created a weightloss program, based on how the body uses and stores energy.
Check it out: http://www.six200.com

Do you mind sharing what your current typical daily diet looks like?

Im trying to construct my own personal foundation and am really interested in comparing.
I am probably more reluctant of pufas than you but have a great deal of respect for your evaluations and would apprreciate your inputs.
I also love to run, so enjoy energy items which will also be contra to your focus. Again, nevertheless love your insights. Thanks!

My diet is quite extreme: just OJ, raw salmon, and occasionally raw meat, raw egg yolks, mango juice, banana juice.
Also, i fast until about 16.00
Why are you reluctant of pufas?
Energy items are not contra to my focus. Actually, i prefer high nutrient density foods, as they make digestion easier. I even drink OJ with sugar added. Running is never a problem, as long as you make sure to replenish lost glycogen (by loading up on sugars) after running / exercise.

1200 kcal is very low, you will lose a lot of muscle mass on such diet, no? How much animal food you suggest to eat to prevent muscle loss?

Not if the calorie deficit is almost solely at the expense of restoring bodyfat

I don't understand your question.
Please elaborate.

but how do I know that? How to prevent the risk? I read somewhere that it is recommended to eat more protein if your diet is very low in calories, what is your recommended animal food amount on six200? .. for example, 50g of animal food is it enough to prevent muscle loss on "six200"?

I want to try "six200" program, but also I go to the gym (1h weight lifting workouts 4 days / week), if I am working-out is it better to eat more than 1200kcal? Or is it enough?

By consuming no medium or big meals whatsoever.
Each week you burn and store at least 1 kg of pure fat.
That is at least 140 grams of fat daily, which amounts to at least 1250 kcal.
That is what you store daily; some with each medium or big meal.
With each meal that contains more energy than you strictly need at that moment, you store bodyfat.
If you prevent storage of new bodyfat, you lose bodyfat effortlessly. No exercise involved.
All you need to do, is feed your direct energy needs.
How to prevent the risk?
What risk?

Consuming lots of tiny meals actually prevents muscle loss, as it prevents lows in energy.
For someone your size, 50 grams may be enough. But you can also eat 100.
I go to the gym (1h weight lifting workouts 4 days / week)
Why do you do that?

When you work out, you need more. You need to fully compensate for that.
If your workout takes 400 kcal, that is what you need to restore in sugars immediately after working out, plus your normal small meal.

Are you still eating these same foods? Any changes? How do you make banana juice?
