I'm just curious how it's been going! You haven't updated in a while. I've been flirting with the wai diet and I'm not quite at 100% yet. How is your acne doing?

Orange juice makes my stomach hurt
Hello!
I've been slowly transitioning to the Wai diet and I've been having issues with my energy level. Orange juice and oranges have always made my stomach hurt, so I've been using pomegranate/grape juice as an alternative. Could this be why I'm so tired?

Re: Doctor approved?
For me (5.5 yrs) it's (been) as amazing as it looks. You can also ask my mom (5 yrs), who turned 80 last week, and has been very healthy on the diet. She never gets tired, doesn't take any pills and all check-ups have been fine. I could think of a number of things most doctors would not approve of,...

Doctor approved?
Hello, I am so fascinated by this diet! I am about 99% convinced to try it out....but I have a couple of questions before I do: I don't mean to sound pretentious, but I was wondering if this diet has been approved by a doctor for safety?/Are there any doctors who recommend it? What is the longest am...
