Fructose fruit is under attack

Lots of fears about fructose fruit being basically poison coming from dr Oz dr mercola and a new book called the fat switch book http://fructose.mercola.com/
It's thus stuff that holds me off from trying wai 100%
Is all this fructose fear junk ?

thanx RRM.. im going to try it out and see how it works...focusing mostly on oj,coconut oil, meat and probably some milk.

Is it possible to get really low % bodyfat on this diet, i mean that sub 10% hard veiny look?

Using a little unripe oranges

I try to buy oranges in bulk and let them sit but often i make orange juice its acidic / tart a little just a little sweet..
Is it best to still drink this or wait and only drink very ripe orange juice?

few weeks at most... Orange and coconut oil / eggs make up a bulk of my diet i'm still consuming cheat foods alot though need more time to switch over... I try to drink a Quart or Quart and a half of Orange juice a day... but i find myself drinking 500ml in one sitting, usually when i first wake up ...

Drinking OJ too fast

I often find myself drinking OJ too fast... I usually can drink 16oz (500ml) in under a minute... how bad is this?
I try to take it with a tablespoon (28g) coconut oil...
