I just reeeally like honey!!
And there's a lot of beekeepers where i live. My cousin is one of them, I just talked to him. He found out about the EU rules when he started to produce honey. (since he has to follow them too)

Um, well... I know some indications you could look for to see if it has been heated. But it's not so easy :? Well, most of the wildlife are affected. But mostly the mushrooms, elks, mosses, lichen, bears and berries. The cesium replaces a mineral in animals/plants.
