Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
Hi RRM,I'm writing to say, thank you and farewell. May the universe provide you with all that you need as I feel grateful to have learned and grown from the connection I made with you. I feel, though,it's time for me to move in another direction to create the life I want. Trillions of blessings, Karen

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
An acquaintance,in response to me advocating eating raw eggs, just sent me the following email. I m sure he spent a good long time searching for something that would validate him not eating raw eggs. I, on the other hand, am bringing this to your attention to continue my egg consumption! Firstly, I ...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
Hey Aytundra! Good question! I'm not sure what kind of supplementation I'm seeking. I know I wouldn't need insoluble vit. A,D,E,K as my yolks and OO take care of that, so the rest is water soluble vitamins and minerals . I don't know, however, the more I think about it, the more I want my raw food! ...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
I'd like to keep my calarie ntake between 1500-1800 kcals. but it appears as though I can not do that and still meet RDA' nutritional guideline. So, supplements are needed or ignore RDA guidelines or increase energy as I have three choices, yes?
Thank you for your attentiveness, RRM .

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
RRM, would you please review yesterday's diet. I believe you're going to say that I need more energy...1 hour of weight training too...as my nutritional profile looks less than optimal. Although I don't want to jeopardize my health, I wish to drop more body fat. If I increase my calorie intake, howe...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
Hi Aytundra, here's my food log for yesterday. I made it fasting to 1:00 rather than 3:pm. I exercised for an hour. 100 body squats, isolated shoulders, bic's and tri's, then 30 mins on a stationary bike. As far as my food log. 2 yolks is that an ounce? A whole cal. Avocado is that a cup? There was ...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
Thank you. No I don't take in sugar or know specifically what my micronutrients requirements are given, too, my exercise. I copied RRM's- 4 liters of juice plus 2 cups of fish . I figured if I didn't hit the 4 liter mark, 2 liters was sufficient, given my avocado and prunes. Also, my first attempt a...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
No, I do not ingest any salt. Promise. I sweat buckets, though, especially when I exercise- lift and bike ( keeping a low heart rate) 5 days a week. Even at night, though, water beads can be spotted rolling down a leg.
Thank you for your care, Aytundra.

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
I don't know, the fisherman's wife told me but it was in Spanish. I'm in Samara, Costa Rica, now, where I've gone to great lengths to make connections with the Ticos to buy fresh pascuado. It's inferior to Red Snapper; I'm sure. Ticos, from what I understand, don't waste the good stuff on Cevische. ...

"When you need more iron the absorption rate goes up" How do I know when the absorption rate has gone up? The Feedback loop" calls for more iron...I want more iron, where's the iron? There's no iron, however, because I haven't ingested any or enough to maintain what I need. Our bodies don't store it...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
Karen wrote: iron homeostasis is closely regulated via intestinal absorption" Exactly. Meaning that our body tries to prevent excess by lowering the absorption rate. This relatively low absorption rate should not be seen as 'a mistake that should be corrected' by increasing iron intake. When you nee...

Re: Newbie seeking your Help!
Thank you for asking. My hair is shedding more than usual and my finger nails are not as strong as I'd like them. I bruise easily; however lately my healing time has improved. Dizzy when standing but that is due to Wai Warrior, or is it? Also, I've been getting this tinker sound in my right ear? ( n...
