Re: Q about (cooked) salmon and iron intake.

OR... Is it addiction to cooked foods that makes me crave the salmon?
This just pops into my mind...

Q about (cooked) salmon and iron intake.

Hi all, I'ven been struggling to find my way in Wai (mostly problems with managing energy-intake and sticking to the diet for 100%) for almost two years now. About a month ago I started WW and AT LAST: it seems to be a great help in controlling my appetite / hunger and eating normal amount of food (...

Re: Eating just one hour a day: do or don't?

I have to say it backfired on me after two weeks. I started to feel very very hungry so I changed my eating window to 3-5 hours a day. Even though I really am able to eat A LOT during one hour! Definitely at least 1800 kcal and I don't even juice. I feel best during hours of fasting, that's why I pr...

Re: going to try WW

fasting time was 16-18 hours Recommendations on internet are 14h of fasting for women. Maybe that would work for you? And did you start cutting calories as you said you were going to do? Do you experience stress? How is your sleep? Do you eat enough yolks/fat.. I mean: are you sure it's the fasting...

Re: going to try WW

Bummer! That's very quick! :(
How long have you been doing WW this time?
Did you experience the same thing the first time on WW?

Hope it returns soon...!

Re: Eating just one hour a day: do or don't?

Okay, thanks! I don't have problems stuffing myself with the good stuff. ;D Maybe it's better to eat more close to bedtime? I do feel very tired / sleepy after eating. I will try to find out if I am able to reschedule. I decided to eat this way, unless I starts affecting my sleep. Guess that's a sig...

Re: Eating just one hour a day: do or don't?

Thanks for your reply! And your warning. I do eat enough calories though. I make mashed bananas (at least 4) with egg yolk (4-6) with a topping of mousse out of three big avocados. In addition I drink OJ / eat mango and I also blender coffee with a lot of coconut oil. Some days I replace the yolks w...

Eating just one hour a day: do or don't?

I started WW two weeks ago. In the beginning it was a bit difficult, but I have to say fasting during the day gets more easy every day! I feel a lot better than before WW, I have more energy and my eyes feel more awake. Not tired anymore during the day, at last! :D Since last monday, I only eat one ...

Re: going to try WW

Why do you eat slow cooked chicken? Because you like it so much or because you think you need it / you think it's good for you? I looked at your pictures again on my desktop, I can't point the differences, even on a big screen. Your poses aren't exactly the same, but even though no big differences. ...

Re: going to try WW

Thank you very much! :D Today I really felt like starving and started eating by eleven. Feels like a failure, but I was at work and needed to be clearminded. Went to the supermarket and bought dates and nuts. Delicious, but not in line with my plan. When I've finished my loads of fruit and avocados ...

Re: going to try WW

Hopefully it won't disturb your cycle! I am on day 4 and try to get used to fasting during the day. It takes some effort and a lot of willpower as I am still waking up hungry.. Yesterday I experienced a lot of stomach ache before it was 'time to eat'. Is that normal? (I eat 6h - fast 18h, starting t...

Re: No oil at all?

Yes and I don't know why, but suddenly it seems like my body prefers fat instead of sugars. I feel very tired while eating fruits and my energy is more stable on fats. But now I am heading for WW. I guess that's maybe the best solution for a. preventing spikes in bloodsugarlevel, b. preventing overe...

Re: going to try WW

Is it an idea to measure your results by centimetres (or inches) instead of kilograms? How well do your clothes fit you? You've noticed changes looking in the mirror? And maybe it is due to autophagy you (temporarily) need less? If I understood correctly, RRM needed less energy in the beginning and ...

especially when I have noticed weight gain
In December you wrote earlier in this post you lost 5 kg on WW? Did you change your diet since then?
