When you're stomach starts making the 'growling' noises, does this mean that your liver glycogen is empty?

So assuming it would take 4 hours to deplete 400kcal from the liver, what would be the difference from repleneshing it every hour with 100kcal of energy or 400kcals at 4 hours?

even tho the liver would be depleted, consuming a 400kcal meal every 3-4 hours would result in a high insulin spike, with a small percetage of actual absorption and a possibilty of storing body fat?

assuming someone is just sitting at the desk doing office work, how long would it take to deplete 400kcal of energy from the liver, approx?

i have the exact same thing, but it didnt happen on this diet, its been happening for like a year, i've just been living with it. my left eyelid twitchs every so often for a bit. im wondernig if its a lack of sleep..
