Of course it can be done, but to what extend, and whether you may reach your perfect weight (perfect in your view), differs per person. But body weight and body fat are too differently things. I could weigh what is considered ideal but could retain more body fat that is necessary. My question had m...

Nonsense. Everybody in whatever stage on whatever diet burns both fat and muscles for energy. Only the ratios differ. It is arbitrary. It doesn't take into account individual metabolisms which can vary greatly and at any given moment. In light of this, what do you consider to a more effective appro...

Good question, Seth... and what about the claim that the first two weeks on a low-cal diet you burn fat for extra fuel and not muscle? This supposedly only happens after 2 weeks or so, or was it 10 days...? Some approach it in "zig zag" way, which means they go below their needs for about three day...

RRM, what do you thing of that "standard" one hears all over the place of subtracting 500 calories (or 20%) of what your body needs per day to maintain its weight as a basis for losing body fat without losing muscle?

Interesting...Is the supplement safe for humans to take since it is intended for other animals?

I felt really strange after eating mackerel from a sushi bar for the first time, as it was marinated/cooked. But no nausea or throwing up. Five months ago, I ate some pinto beans at got very sick from them. It was odd because I used to love eating them and had never gotten sick from eating them. It...

Perhaps we can pool money together to buy one or two batches of those pure liquid free-amino-acids. One or two people would be in charge of shipping some to each paying member. That way we only get what we need, and don't have to spend $200 each. I would buy 50 dollars worth. I would be up for that...

Re: The most rewarding and challenging 30 days

I don't find the diet hard anymore. It is...very natural. Definitely! The only problem I run across sometimes is when some people get offended when they offer me food and I decline. I even had one person think that I did it as a statement to say I am too good to eat in her company. Why do people ha...

It is claimed to be 99+% pure, but that 'no other ingredients', and holds no guarantees regarding structural integrity. It is very well established that amino acids in this crystalline form are far less well/fast utilized by the body than liquid free amino acids, which says something, i think. So i...

Wow, you weren't kidding regarding the cost of L-Methionine. I just found 99% pure for $200 per 1KG. http://www.ajiaminoacids.com/product/l- ... alNo=30415

Not a bad price if it was to last 4-6 months I suppose. How long would that much last if taken supplementary?
