Here it is, I found it in Chapter 40: Eating fruit the first thing in the morning will provide your body with energy; this absorbed energy will consist entirely of sugars. Sugar as a sole source of energy is quite unstable so your body will be stimulated to utilize its body fat for more sustained en...

What do you mean by try eating nuts only once? Are you saying to eat something else for fat?

Also I was reading some where in the acne book about not eating fat until 2pm? I will try to find it and post it here. Do you know what I am talking about?

I looked at my percentages from yesterday and I had 956 cals, 33% fat, 58% carbs and 8% protein. That is a usual day. Is the fat too low? The thing is I don't feel like I could eat any more. I don't crave anything and sometimes I feel like I am eating too much!

How about the minerals from the other foods/juices being eaten/drank? Couldn't it be from them? Wouldn't you only be able to tell if all you were consuming is the mineral free water?

How does it drain the minerals out of your body? I'm pretty sure distilled water is mineral free. That is all I have been drinking since the water where I live is high in arsenic and I don't know how much toxins are being removed from my water filter in my refridgerator. I've read stories where the ...

Distilled water?

RRM, So, demineralized, is it the same as distilled? Where did you get that info? A friend of mine said that any water that is not distilled allows hard minerals to absorb into the bodys organs and cause things like cacifications and kidney stones and such. He said the perfect water should come from...

Sabie, I just wanted you to know, that pain killers are very bowel sedating and can cause dehydration AND water retention at the same time. They are usually an opioid base. I am constipated for days even after I stop taking them and they dehydrate and bloat me at the same time because of the constip...

Yes! I have a desk job, and if I don't get up and move around often, I get a really tired feeling. Sometimes I feel as if I need a nap and I haven't even done anything! I feel ten times better if I get up and take the stairs a couple of times. I also get the same feeling from the yolks as well. I ge...
