I have a question for life after the diet. Is it even possible that one could return to using milk products as I very much doubt that I could do without.

Vinegar ok
Sorry to say, but Wai said that that pure vinegar is ok, balsamic therfore not. Oh well, if it doesn't affect your skin, maybe it's ok for you.
