It sounds like a good idea if it were restricted to more trusted users (to avoid virus issues, if we think that could be an issue).
If Wai/RRM think it's a good idea, I'd be happy to install it.

Re: blending and freezing
You're in Hawaii and most of the Ahi available is previously frozen?
Am I the only one that sees something wrong with that picture?
If I want I can order fresh Hawaiin Ahi every day, and I live in Canada.

Re: getting full
It depends what you mean by full. If you mean feeling stuffed, like after a big meal, then no, you won't feel that way on this diet, because you will be eating many small meals instead of a few large ones. However if you mean feeling satisfied, then you will feel this way often. I think it feels muc...

Re: fatty acid ratios in nuts
What is your take on this, because in my experience i have noticed the eating nuts in moderation does throws my fatty acids levels out of whack. How did you notice this? Have you experienced effects from this or is it some test telling you this? I'm honestly curious, because sometimes I really don'...

Re: fruit salad and coconut (and fruits in Korea)
Wow, thank you very much for the detailed reply!
I really appreciate it... the few people I know in Korea have limited English, so it is hard to explain what I am asking about.
I am not in Korea yet, but the tentative plan is to visit in April.
Anyway, thanks again!

Re: fruit salad and coconut (and fruits in Korea)
Interesting combination, it sounds good. If I could ask you a question, on a tangent? I am considering spending a few months in Korea (I am a baduk player), so I'm curious how this diet would work out there. Are fruits abundantly available, at a reasonable cost? Especially juicable fruits, I usually...

Re: Indoor mold.....toxic home?
A friend of mine had to deal with this, so this is what I recall of the process. First, once it's in the walls you have to take things apart and either replace them or sanitize them with bleach. If it stays there it will just continue to cause problems. Dehumidifying is sometimes effective, but it c...

Re: Coconut Milk
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the liquid in the centre of the coconut is called coconut water, not coconut milk. Coconut milk is obtained by compressing the meat and the liquid that drips out of that (thick and delicious) is called coconut milk. Unfortunately I don't know of any easy way to extract t...

Re: OJ substitute
1.5 hours? Are you serious?
I do 4L in 30 minutes by hand.
How long does it take you now with an electric juicer?
And what kind (brand, model) do you use?
Do you find the juice doesn't last as well?

Re: So I'm coding a nutrient calculator.....
Good idea. To save time you might consider ripping the raw data out of the existing calculator (it's in the source). As for your interface, a simple interface by default is great. But I suggest leaving an option for a "full view" if people want. I personally like the dropdowns because I can see exac...

Re: Nice deal on brazil nuts?
I equally consider that they could be misinformed, as there really could be such a device. There are not always websites for heavy industrial tools, or at least I wouldn't expect there to be... The other thing to do is to ask them for more details about this machine, because you have to be very care...

Re: Nice deal on brazil nuts?
I've dealt with nutsonline.com a few times before they stopped shipping to Canada. My impression was that they were always honest and upfront, a quality business. I personally really doubt they are lying. I suspect either they are misinformed or there is a new mechanism RRM may not be aware of yet. ...

Re: Shaving cream
Hi Oscar, There are some threads at the old board that address this question, although there is no definitive answer of what to use if you do need shaving cream. You can read them here: http://www.waitalk.com/cgi-bin/bb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=000042#000000 http://www.waitalk.com/cgi-bin/...

Re: some small problems; stomach irritability
Hi rafaelo, I have been on this diet for 3 years now. It took me a while to become strict, but I had maintained that for 1.5 years. I was perfectly clear and extremely happy. But my acne was not bad before this diet, I chose it for other reasons. For the last year or so I have been about 98% strict....
