Did you always remove the nutshells yourself? Also, by consuming foods that are hard to digest in their raw form (veggies/greens), protein digestion may be less complete, which may also result in water retention. I bought almonds that were raw organic but shelled. SO Now I am only eating Brazil nut...

in the case of cellulite where you can not see immediate results, is it wise to go lower on the raw protein ? Certainly not lower than the amounts recommended in the Acne Sample Diet. Actually, it is possible to see the difference; when consuming just a little too much protein in general, you skin ...

So in the case of cellulite where you can not see immediate results, is it wise to go lower on the r...

My best friend and my husband are both on high protein diets for a decade and have incredible skin...so if dirty protein is so bad why does it not effect them ?

Actually the worst thing that could happen is a trip to the emergency room for an epi shot (been there, done that). And I have talked to several medical people and YES it is possible to have a reaction to tuna...and since I got scrombroid poisoning on raw ahi tuna, and then a rash when I try any tun...

I have calculated in fitday and I get about 15% of protein in diet. I have been slowing adding the egg yolk to my diet, in time I will get used to it. I answered the fish allergy in a previous post. I know I am allergic because if I ate Shrimp I would possibly need an epi shot and if I ate other fis...
