Thank you!

So basically the safe amount of animal protein a day for me would be 10 grams or 40 calories from animal protein.

I see!! A nice challenge!! So far, I'm doing pretty good. I monitor everything anyway so I'm pretty organized as far as that. I really make sure to eat enough, that is why I document everything and count calories. I usually eat way more than enough. I really want to be able to listen to my body bett...

So, maybe you can experiment with your protein and try to establish the right amount for you? (for me, its 133 gram i have found out, for example) RRM, do you mean you can tolerate 133 g of protein or 133 g of sashimi? I might be ok with about 32.4 g of protein (12 yolks), but I'm definitely not ok...

Calories in salmon in Nutrient Calculator

Ok so I was doing some math on how much protein is in 50 g of salmon. I know that: there are 4 calories in a gram of protein there are 4 calories in a gram of carbohydrates there are 9 calories in a gram of fat So according to the nutrient calculator, there are 71 calories in 50 g of salmon, 9.94999...

:?:

I'm confused... I'm sorry if this has been explained already but, Ok so the quality of the oil I put on my face (organic, raw or not, even petroleum-based) doesn't matter because the top layer of my skin is dead anyway AND the skin only absorbs water-based nutrients... BUT vitamin E is a fat-soluble...

What I meant was that it is hard to fix a carbo craving with a non-carbo food, but once your body get efficient at burning fat for fuel, you shouldn't have those cravings. I believe the cravings are just for easy energy, so once fat becomes easy energy, the cravings disappear. I think...

I think it's just that you have to get through the first days, weeks maybe and your body will get more efficient at burning fat for fuel at some point. I am doing ok because I eat plenty of fatty foods. I don't even dream at night that I'm feasting on carbo-rich treats... strange. I don't know. I ju...

Well yes, and it also depends on if I eat bigger meals or normal meals. Bigger meals make me hold more water too.

This is what I have been using for quite some time now.
