if you cant steam bath in your area in a sauna, you can boil water on a stove and then drape a towel around your head over the pot. first take it off the heat of course, and be wary to wait for it to cool down a little bit, or keep your head farther away from it at a good temperature.

Inuit did and many still do eat raw meat. In fact, eskimo translates to "eaters of raw meat". Seal meat in particular is a good raw meat when it is fresh, and can be edible for a few days after the kill (because of the freezing temperatures, bacteria is non-existant).

remind me, why did you begin the diet in the first place? and how is all natural fruit vegetables fish and egg yoke bad for you? meat contains many destructive qualities, not to mention the way that most slaughter meat animals are raised.
