sorry for double post, but i do agree that you can find fresh fish locations in some cities. unfortunately for most people in the continental US and canada, most fish has been frozen, if not all.

if your not worried about acne then munch food away. if you are worried about acne, then being on anything but 100% wai diet will cause break outs, more severely then if you were not on the wai diet at all.
