Egg yolks truly are brain food!

I just want to let you guys (RRM and Wai) know what a difference the raw eggs make for my focus and attention. I eat no more than one per day (all my body calls for), but I am always amazed at the differences in my ability to study for long periods of time. The clean cholesterol seems to be a godsen...

Red Meat: Raw vs. Cooked and protein usage

I have red more than once that with regard to raw red MUSCLE meat, cooking helps to better unfold the proteins, thus making them mroe utilizable. The reason this makes sense to me is because beef (or wild game) muscle meat is difficult to chew and probably does not get fully digested. However, when ...

Fiber and Evolution

There is one thing that I have struggled with in regards to this diet... Being that wild fruit has, in general, less sugar than modern cultivars, we would have needed more of it in order to obtain the same amount of energy. Now, we all know that following Wai's diet precisely is virtually impossible...

Re: which juicer/extractor to get?!!

I don't think the 8003 is a centrifugal, but it does separate the pulp from the juice.

The juice empties out of one shoot and the pulp out of the other.

Re: Not Hungry

I would suggest starting out by juicing and eating no more than one piece of fuit at a time. Sip (literally) from OJ every 5 minutes minutes or so and your body will eventually come around. The odd thing for me is that on this diet I find I eat much MORE than I did on my old diet (cooked paleo style...

Re: which juicer/extractor to get?!!

I have the Omega 8003 and it works perfectly.
Of course I use it juice fruits, but I have also used it for leaves and veggies (before Wai's diet).
