Yeah, I tried this a while ago... Let me tell ya, it wont work if you are physically active. I think the reason it works so well for Ori is because he mostly restricts his physical activity to heavy lifting (he used to be a NAVY seal). The problem is, you end up having to eat so much food at one mea...

Neural basis of motivation
To be sharp and investigative, you ought to consume neither dairy- nor wheat-products RRM and others, Wai likes to talk about humans as investigative creatures. I am curious, what exactly is the neural basis of 'investigation,' and how can this sytem be impaired by cooked food? This is a difficult ...

Aojanus Vonderplanitz, of the Primal Diet fame, eats 1-3lb of raw meat/fowl/fish per day Unfortunately, what Aajanous is doing is burdening his body. Protein is highly toxic to the body, and needs to be converted to urea before being excreted. This is an energy consuming process and requires high a...

If you do not have acne or cellulite I would definately recommend adding in more fish/beef, as this makes it MUCH easier to maintain muscle weight. Unfortunately, one problem I have noticed is that the longer you are on this diet, the less your body can tolerate large amounts of lean animal food. Af...

Communication and Wai Diet
One overlooked aspect of this diet is its ability to greatly improve communication skills.
My conversations and relationships with friends are so much smoother now.
I am able to concentrate on, and react to others much more easily.
I urge anyone to give this a try.

Reaction to Farm-raised Salmon
Whenever I eat fresh raw farm-raised salmon I feel neaseous afterwards. Unforunately, I NEED the long-chain omega 3s (consuming only yolks doesn't do it for me). What other options do I have? In the past I have consumed previously frozen wild salmon, but I am not willing to eat fresh wild salmon. An...

The key is for the label to state the words "unheated." "Raw" does not necessarily mean the same to the FDA as it does to us, as they can very well heat the honey as high as 160 degrees. Try ordering from www.livingtreecommunity.com or you can purchase some unheated honey from high-end healthfood st...
