Hi Johndela There supposedly have been people who underate and lived long and happy lives. There is Norman Walker, who drank tons of sweet juice all day and lived very long. There has been raw dairy eaters who lived very well and long. And there have been many Asians living on lots of rice and growi...

Hi Maya Wow, your cosmetician. She must be a great person. The beauticians I used to go to had not an ounce of healthy diet ideas. I used to go when I was your age. I'm 28 now. For now I think you just need to be patient. But remember to do the strict sample diet for the first two weeks. I recall th...

Hi Maya I would go to the bee keeper and ask how he extracts the honey. You could pretend that you are interested in bee keeping which might get you the most honest answer. See if their is any heating involved. You want honey that has been processed below 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Maybe it's 119, not ...

Thanks, Maya and Oscar I will only have one avocado per day. And I will try cucumber juice instead of orange. Can I add some celery juice to that ? I know that, that will cut calories. But I just want to start the weight loss. Then I'll reintroduce more fruits etc. later. I will still be having lots...

It's been 3 months now and I haven't lost any weight. I'm at a point where I am considering cutting calories and doing a low carb version of the Wai diet  . My tummy is also less toned now, than when I did ab excersises. So I might return to those workouts, too. I cannot watch myself get worse ...

Hi Maya Yes, you definitely need to add some oil. I ususally add 1 teasp. per cup or 1 Tablesp. per quart of juice. Does your balsamic vinegar contain garlic or salt. That wouldn't be allowed. Try apple cider vinegar in your salad sauce. If the results don't start within a few days, I would reduce t...

Have you observed others on the primal diet for a long period of time? I know tons of people who dropped the diet after a while because it didn't work for them. My partner eats 6oz of raw grass fed beef with egg yolk every day , 4 oz of fish, 9 egg yolks and all the other Wai food. He needs it to ma...

RRM, I understand that you eat raw because you want to avoid the toxins from certain cooked foods. But you don't believe that live food is otherwise superior? Does that mean that you would drink one week old orange juice? How about Wai saying that the value of juice deteriorates after 24-48 h.? You'...

Yes exactly I want to go dancing, too. We have live drumming with extatic dance here. But that can get wild and sweaty  So that's quite a workout. I also have a spinning bike which I am now only sometimes using while slowly paddling and reading. I used to go on it for 30 min. to an hour and...

I'm imagining that the Wai diet will not give the same positive results if you in the long run leave out the yolks and fish.
The nuts don't have the same qualities as animal products.

Does it contain any preservatives?
One problem is, that juice looses it's enzyme content over time. I've heard, not to drink juice later that 1 day old.
But lets see what the experts say.

Oh my g..sh
you just posted the same second, I did :o

If you eat banana etc. try to just have one at a time with two yolks and weight at least 30 before you allow yourself more. So that you won't fall into overeating. That's what I would do.

Does yoga count as muscle building exercise? I'm sure power yoga and bikram yoga create more body mass. How about a regular vinyasa flow with lots of sun salutations. I guess that inolves holding squat like poses etc.. I don't want to stall my slimming process by exercising my muscles too much. I us...
