Oscar, how do you eat 3000 calories, seems like you would be eating and sipping juice all day long. How the heck did humans survive for millions of years before there were juicers and olive presses. lol Ya, I will try to have more juice on hand all day, and just sip from it. Seems like if I drank th...

Eating enough

RRM and freinds, First let me say that I am underweight. I seem to have trouble eating enough food, I really think part of the problem is that I have been a chronic undereater for years, and have fasted quite a few times in the last few years as well. It feels like my digestive system is just slow, ...

RRM,

Great answer. I agree 100%.

I sometimes wonder if the reason you both have so much common sense is that you aren't trying to sell this info. Seems that when money is involved, it tends to make one very rigid, egocentric, and slow to change. Mahalo!

Re: blending and freezing

Ya, go figure. Most of the Ahi at the stores comes from Thailand, even though this is like Ahi mecca here LOL. We have to go to fine restaraunts nearby, if we want to eat it fresh, unless I drive all the way to the city. Its cheaper just to order a 10 or 15 dollar appetizer, and its more fun. I real...

Re: good for body, what about for mind

My diet was pretty similar to the Wai diet before I started, but a couple differences, now I eat way less fiber, and I dont drink vegetable juices. In just a couple weeks, my tummy has become super flat. I feel like my abdomen area was really sluggish before, like it was using up alot of energy. I s...

Re: blending and freezing

....oh...I would eat more raw fish too, but all the salmon here in hawaii is farm raised, and now they are adding artificial color to it. The Ahi is mostly previously frozen, and the rest is packed in that nasty moisture absorbent paper stuff and stirofoam that probably has tons of dioxins released ...

Re: blending and freezing

Thanks curly! I wonder if using this computer also causes some dirty protein to form too LOL. I bet it does. Seems like everything is pretty much harmful. I think I am gonna toss my car....wait, already done that. I think I am gonna toss my blender and my TV and all electric appliances cuz of the el...

Printing the book

Quick question. Is there anyway to shorten the pdf form of the book, so it isn't 401 pages? Is there a way to just download the main text portion of it. I want to print it out for some family and freinds. But 400 pages a bit much lol. Even 300 pages is too much. Thanks!

blending and freezing

Does freezing bananas or freezing fish create any damage to the food?

Secondly, does blending nuts into nut milk, like almonds or brazil nuts, damage the food?

Re: silly; egg yolk & sliced banana

I used to drink alot of soy milk, I was cold all the time...and bloated. Felt like my disgestive system had come to a complete stop. Its poison. Now I drink banana smoothies yaaaaay. The secret is over ripe bananas...I do one medium banana, 2 dates, and some almond or brazil nut milk that i make fro...

Re: Peeling fruits and cucumbers

I agree, I dont trust the supposed certification standards. My organic cucumbers for example come from mexico, and I really find it hard to believe they are flying an inspector down there, or hiring a top quality lab to certify my cucumber. Also, I just read an article stating that we expose our sel...

Re: cooked meat and digestion

Lighting animal meat on fire and then eating it, makes no sense. Gray meat really doesn't taste that good, which is why people have to put salt and salty sauces all over it, to make it palatable. In fact, the gray chewiness is quite repulsive to me now. Fresh raw Ahi and salmon, and even fresh raw g...

Peeling fruits and cucumbers

Do I need to peel organic fruits like apples and cucumbers before juicing them, since the skins are mostly ejected by the juicer? Also, what about throwing in a little ginger root?

Re: Chlorophyll & body odor

Well some people take it as an internal cleanser, they say it cures body odor, bad breath, etc. They say it alkalizes too and cleanses the blood and liver. Most brands contain parabens(preservatives), so watch out. Even companies that say "Organic" throw those poisons in there. Lotsa decietful 'orga...
