I would be pretty lonely if other 'people' didn't feel this way too
I agree with you nick. And I could also sense that I am emotionally different now.

Now, my emotions are more stable. I am calmer and even more reserved.

Hello Amber :D Passion Fruit pro first;) Oh, you're too kind... 8) Passion fruits come in two colours: deep purple and yellow/green. I personally prefer the purple ones, mainly because the colour purple - to me - signifies sweetness & passion and hence, the name of the fruit. Anyways, the frui...

compelled to train 1600 hours  But I guess it is normal if they are full time dancers. I know many dancers who take Pilates and many other bodily movement, stretch, muscle and strength technique classes. I'll try the Alexander Technique first and see how it goes. *Waiting eagerly for ...

stupid pomegranate tree LOL Justin  I eat pomegranate, not by chewing it, but by 'mashing' it with my tongue, swallow the juice and spit the seads out. The seeds are bitter to taste and I am sure they contain tons of enzyme inhibitors (it is what gives the seeds a bitter taste). Alternatively,...

tjfillion :D , Thank you for introducing the Alexander Technique! I did some search on it and it says that the technique is also beneficial to dancers. I've never heard of the Alexander Technique before, but I am very interested in it now. My main goal here is to create a better balance and coordina...

Hello Amber :)

Actually, cavities are caused by bacteria Streptococcus mutans that ferments fructose which produces lactic acid as waste. This lactic acid causes cavities.

High consumption of strong acids, < pH 3 corrodes the enamel. I believe lemon has pH ~ 2.

Hello rischott :) Oh, the AGONY of long haul flights! I would suggest you bring some dried fruits like dates or raisins on board. What I always do is is bring along some apples, oranges, bananas, dates and raisins. Of course, olive oil too. Some airlines serve fruit meals that are preserved in cans ...

Hello dddanielll :) I experience the same problem as you with the Coconut oil. Only difference is that the tightness of skin is felt along my body but not my facial skin (I apply Coconut oil from head to toe: hair, face, body). My skin would be dry and even feels prickly but there are still traces o...

Yumm... pears...... :D

I love Pears! My favourite one is Anjou. Very soft, juicy and sweet!

CurlyGirl, I absolutely love bananas with honey too! I eat them for breakfast most of the time because it's just a great way to start my day; something creamy and sweet!

Hi Michael! I used to live in a dorm room and it was a tiny room without a sink. I did my juicing in my room with a small hand juicer and brought it all to the communal kitchen to clean. It was tedious, messy and time consuming so I understand your situation very well. However, even with all ...

I have a question about consuming egg yolks. I was wondering what it takes for a person my build (I am 5'3" 120 lbs) to be considered to have excess intake of proteins? I was consuming 2 egg yolks a day but until two weeks ago, 4 egg yolks a day and I planning to increase to 6 egg yolks 2 weeks prio...
