i'm thinking that, in most cases, when you consume protein an hour or so before bed, you can just let your blood sugar drop off and any leftover glycogen that you haven't already released will get used up. if you need more energy after that, you can sip juice. i always have some left over to drink i...

summerwave,
at what temperature do you dehydrate at? what kind of dehydrator do you use?
do you glaze the pieces of meat with something or just dry them plain?

i'd like to make a bunch of jerky to freeze and save in case of a famine or societal breakdown of some sort.

"had a resting heart rate of 28 beats per minute, one of the lowest ever recorded in a healthy human". How to somewhat maintain that in a healthy way? that's just bizarre to me. perhaps i'm wrong, but that just seems too low. most amateur runners do have a joint damaging technique, though. i think ...

how much glycogen can the liver hold?

is it possible for your liver to become completely full of glycogen?

if so... does your liver then just start releasing glycogen even if your blood sugar is up?

so basically, if i just make sure my sipping is overlapping my energy needs i should store up enough glycogen for when my blood sugar drops? for example... typically sipping juice every 20 minutes is enough to just sustain energy levels. so, sipping every 12-15 minutes an hour before a long session ...
