it seems that we do basically agree about b12. let me clear up my point on the issue... more and more evidence is pointing towards fermented foods as being a good b12 source... i can see that you feel the wai diet is the middle of the road as far as not forcing b12 while still getting some on a regu...

I found out that the main cause of b12 deficiency is caused by eating meat. it seems we don't need to eat eggs and fish in order to maintain b12 stores and we don't need to secrete and thus waste as much b12(bile) when digesting fruits and mild veggies. both meat eaters and vegans have so called low...

ok, so it's been a while... most days i'm waking up around 08:00. i wait until around 10:30 - 11:00 to start drinking OJ. i think in my last post i said i wanted to consume 150 oz of juice in a matter of 3 hours. i don't think that's really possible :lol: it doesn't feel good, anyway... what i'm doi...

thank you RRM! great answers, much of which i am not surprised by. but now i feel some new questions and ideas coming to a boil. i'm going to map out a few different methods and routines i would liek to experiment with this week and i'll report back in a week or so.

oh, i did look up how much fish was needed. i was right about 400-500 grams. which is roughly 1 pound. with 4L of juice that gives you about 2500 kcal, that's why i said "enough calories" at the beginning of the longer post. sorry i should have been more clear that i was just making a "public" guess...

wine has resverotrol in it... (i don't like wine) :?

weed has antioxidant and metabolism boosting qualities.


see what i saying?... ingesting a toxin while also detoxing or gaining other health benefits right before jumping back in to training, perhaps after a week or two rest.
