On a (more) serious note though... good question!

Very inhumane. I bet they do have less nutrient quality than cage free eggs, but they must have some. I recently got a carton of organic cage free eggs and the consistency of the yolk seemed so much better than what I was buying before even when they were less fresh. They cost less too! As long as t...

How Much Fructose are You Consuming?
As a standard recommendation, I strongly advise keeping your TOTAL fructose consumption below 25 grams per day.
By standard recommendation, do you mean for everyone?

That seems difficult if so. (Especially consuming one L OJ)

Just curious... Which kind of bath gets one's skin red? I really enjoy hot tubs, but not the chlorine so much =\

Yeah 40 oz is over a liter which is good. I'm just waiting for this shop that usually has them to get them back in stock. If they don't within this month, I will have to order off that link you gave :D

Oh! And about the stainless steel straws... I didn't know they existed either, but now I am totally getting some. Then I will be the coolest kid on the block!

I had a nice 1L steel bottle for quite a while and really liked it. Unfortunately I dropped it recently while falling down a mountain during my leisurely hike  The adrenaline rush was quite awesome, though, and luckily I didn't get seriously injured... Only a dime size chunk out of my hand, ri...

Interesting, I kind of thought that it may be as such. But many of the microwavable meals would be the worst form of cooking since they are cooked twice. Unfortunately many people eat these also.

What kind of bottle? Microwave?

Hey everyone, I just have a few questions I thought I should ask on here. Another thing I've been wondering is about microwaves. A while ago, I read that they so so much harm to your food so I swore off them. On this site, however, It seems that any kind of cooking does similar if not the same thing...

I've heard certain people have had allergy symtoms and nasal congestion as well as asthma and joint pain relief on this diet, possibly because this diet causes little to no inflamation unlike a diet of cooked food particularly wheat and dairy right? I have all of these ailments, and the naturopath s...

ah. This all sounds good and promising, thanks.
And this is meant for specific health problems, but isn't it also a diet that will put me in an extremely healthy state?

Is there something specific you doubt about that makes you want her opinion about this diet? Not really, only her mention of the possible egg sensitivity... which I need to ask her more about. I didn't feel any 'worse' when I started doing more raw eggs before though. I just really dig cooked food ...

For what purpose? Most of the stuff here does not apply to 'your specific condition', so why discuss matters that are of no concern regarding 'your condition'? (it would only complicate communications between you and her) Why not just stick to that what does matter to you? Such as the bacteria in e...

Define "nature-cult" ;) I think olive oil can hardly be called a nature-called-like idea. Hee hee, I'm not sure why he thought that... me mentioned the drawings being kind of "cult religios stuff" or something. I don't very much agree, but if this is the cult, all the better... I've always wanted t...

Did you read this page? http://www.youngerthanyourage.com/13/index.html and did you try eating raw egg yolks at night? Yes and yes, but not for long enough... should I send my ND to take a loop at this site? Or is this site too much based on nature-cult-like ideals as my father suggests...?
