Do I even need to worry about this? Information is conflicting and seems to suggest that omega-6 competes with omega-3 for absorption. LOL!

That last sentence should read: ...without really exercising and not gain weight.

I posted it in response to Oscar's comment about not needing gut flora. The study implies that the presence of intestinal bacteria increases the caloric availability of our food.
