Thomas, if I may ask, what constitutes high quality olive oil? Other than the attractiveness of the packaging (beautiful bottles and label design etc.), what else should we be looking for? I understand that in terms of quality, the visual appearance of the oil - well, colour at least - cannot be use...

Jamie, you are probably well aware of this, however I used to often wake-up during the night (sometimes more than once) and struggle to fall asleep again. However, now I drink four egg yolks with a little sugar just before sleeping and have found my sleep is far less interrupted. RRM once recommende...

Hello again, Regarding rest period, I understand that upon consuming proteinacious food, it is advisable to rest for an hour or two to aid digestion. However, surely the quantity is also an issue? For example, if after eating three or four egg yolks one remains inactive for two hours, would it not b...

Do you really work-out five times a week - where do you find the time to walk three miles, four times a week? Ch...

Papaya? Well, I take it or leave it really - if I manage to find some ripe papayas that have been reduced in price, of course I will snap them up, however I would much prefer mango or another 'exotic' fruit. Regarding the price of oranges in Japan, well this of course largely depends on where you ar...
