The scale results are: August 25, the morning after a 2 hr walk at 3.4 mph Fat % 27.0 Muscle 90.8 lb Total body water % 51.1...

Im sorry, but there seem to be some discrepancies here... You cannot consume only 1,824 kcal, perform physical activities and gain weight. What do you do on a normal day? What other things do you eat that you did not list? As for physical exertion on a normal day, I walk for 1-2 hours total and do ...

Try adding sugar and oil. that perfectly works for me. That wouldn't help me consume more vitamins, only more sugar which is not my top priority right now... More important than anything else, is getting enough calories. If you dont, you are doomed to fail, as your body will shrink and you will 'ea...

Tulip, The foods that you listed supply you with only 1,824 kcal, which is too little, and then you may also lack other nutrients. If you cannot eat more whole fruits, replace whole fruits with juices. That way you can easily ingest all energy and all other nutrients you need. How is your protein t...

I'm just trying to help. The only answer I see is that you are not eating enough. If you are not eating enough to get enough vitamins you will have massive weight loss and taking vitamin suppliments wont be enough. I guess I am trying to say: Get all your vitamins from food, vitamin suppliments hav...

Why not just get all your vitamins from the foods you eat and not using synthetic vitamins? This question was answered already. Don't take supplements. Even if you are taking it because one or more nutrients are lacking in your diet, that means there are many nutrients that you might be getting too...

Unable, that's correct.

Something which isn't efficiently taken up may be better than nothing, though. Mixing tiny portions into food might be best, I think. Or just sprinkling it on my soil :o

Taking vitamins to complete your diet

I am thinking about taking liquid vitamins. I would divide the serving and take only what I was missing, approximately. All of the liquid supplements I found contained medicinal herbs. Some of them contained hesperidin or alfalfa leaf extract which are said to block cholesterol absorption. Are those...

The body uses (i.e. burns) fat the whole time, 24/7. More or less the same amount. Since muscles also use fat, you can help this a little by using the muscles close to the fat you want to get rid of. The lower the intensity of the exercise the better, because more fat is used. So walking helps more...
